Participants assume the role of Human Resources Directors for a technology company with up to 7,500 employees spread across up to four departments. The company operates globally, with the majority of its clients based in North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

Participant Tasks:

Participants will need to understand the mechanisms and challenges specific to each of the four departments, as well as their impact on the company's revenues and costs.

They will have to make decisions regarding the recruitment of new talent, staff compensation, and HR policies, while respecting a budget for each department and at the company level.
