Area Manager for the Nordic Countries

Since 1996, hundreds of thousands of participants from various cultures, backgrounds, and organisational levels have experienced Cesim's business simulations. Our headquarters are located in Helsinki, and we operate globally through own offices and partner network.

We are looking for an Area Manager for the Nordic Countries. You will build on our well-established position in Finland, and accelerate business development in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Principal place of work is our Helsinki office, and we offer flexible remote working options. You will join an international team who have successfully developed market leadership positions in their own regions. Your typical client interface is a professor or instructor at a higher education or secondary education institution.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and sales of online simulations to educational institutions including:
- Identifying target accounts, formulating promotional campaigns, executing direct sales
- Onboarding new adopters
- Managing and developing existing accounts
- Developing our instructor community
- Reporting
Participating in global sales strategy development; channels, market and segment prioritisation, sales process development
Contributing to product development

Requirements:

Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a small-business environment.
Strong orientation for sales and business development.
Enthusiasm for helping customers succeed with experiential learning technologies. Comfortable in a university environment.
Native or completely fluent Finnish, Swedish, and English. Our internal working language is English.
Bachelor or Master’s degree.
Excellent presentation and writing skills.
