This past weekend, the world of academic competitions witnessed the 5th edition of CESIM Elite 2024 Europe, a challenging event for students that took place from April 12th to 14th.

The countdown has begun, and Cesim Elite is back for its 2024 edition!

The Cesim Elite International Grand Final of this year took place during the first week of June, from May 29th to June 4th. In this final, 16 teams from 8 different countries competed, having been selected from a pool of over 9000 students. And now, the moment you've all been waiting for..."

The Cesim Elite Europe qualifier took place over the weekend of April 1st-2nd, with 35 student teams from 7 different countries competing in an intense competition.

The competition was split into two parts, with 75% of the score based on the simulation and 25% based on the task that involved creating a poster and an explanation video. The judges combined the scores from both parts to determine the final rankings. The top three teams from this qualifier will now move on to the international final, which promises to be just as thrilling as this one!

This year, we're bringing together even more students from around the world to challenge each other and showcase their skills. Over 10 000 participants worldwide are ready to compete in the 2023 edition of Cesim Elite.

Past editions were filled with team spirit, creativity, and a passion for business management. Teams put in great dedication to manage their virtual companies and overcome challenges in the regional qualifying rounds and the International Final. Participants have also put in impressive efforts on their video presentations and other related tasks.

After the success of inaugural champions Team The One from Nankai University in last year’s final, we can report the Cesim Elite trophy will stay in China for another year. Team Unstoppable from the Beijing University of International Business and Economics took the crown after a fierce week of competition.

They were pushed hard by some excellent teams from around the world. Team PUC1, from Pontificia Universidade Católica de Campinas (Brasil) took second place, and third went to Team Zeroes, from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.

All around the world business students are once again gearing up for an epic battle of minds. From Beijing to Buenos Aires they are steeling nerves, puzzling over SWOTs and swotting up on PESTLEs.

The Cesim Elite 2021 final wrapped up last Sunday after a rollercoaster of suspense, surprise, self-reflection, and ultimately tears of joy. An intense and intensive week competition saw 18 teams from 16 universities battle it out to become the inaugural world champions.

With the international Cesim Elite final 2021 starting tomorrow, teams are already in the starting blocks!

Selected among 8000 students worldwide through local qualifying competitions, 18 teams from 16 institutions have qualified this year to participate in the Cesim Elite tournament's final.

This year, finalists from more than 12 nationalities are competing for the title of Cesim Elite world champion and win the grand prize.
