COO, North America

COO is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities in North America, including revenue and sales growth, cost and profitability control and reporting.

Sales Director

Responsibility over the major accounts and Managing the sales team. Strong previous performance in sales and sales management is required. The professional that we are looking for should be able to drive our sales team to the company objectives and lead by the example. The candidate should believe in systematic use of CRM tools and upkeep of a good working atmosphere.

Area Managers

Responsibility over the local accounts in your own geographical area. We are looking forward to strengthen our local presence in all the continents. Good previous performance in sales and sales management is required and basic knowledge of the field and potential customers.

Marketing

Part time / Freelance Graphic Designers

The graphical appearance of user interface and its layout. Knowledge of CSS and suitable graphics software tools are useful. The work can be performed independent of the location. The typical tasks are designing custom layouts and graphics for our customers and taking part in generating marketing material for Cesim business simulation games.

Research & Development

Simulation Platform Java Developers

We are continuously looking for simulation platform developers of various levels for Java programming. Good mastering of Java is required. Some of the following would also be useful to know: Ajax, JavaScript, XML, XHTML/CSS, DocBook, SQL, JDBC, Linux.

Junior Business Simulation Developer

Interest in business simulations with analytical thinking is required.
