Professor Oleg Konovalov from Universidad de La Sabana in Colombia is an experienced simulation educator who has successfully coached his teams through the qualifying rounds in Latin America. He will share tips about mentoring the students during the competition and also about using simulations in the classroom.

Team and leadership coach, podcast host, and Helsinki-based Londoner, Nick Vertigans will talk about high performance teams and how to make them shine. Nick has led high performance teams across EMEA with Eurostar, Bloomberg & Thomson Reuters.
