Prerequisites for Aspiring Partners

  • Understanding of volume sales and importance of a healthy pipeline
  • Cesim regarded as complementing the partner’s existing offering portfolio – willingness to grow Cesim sales to represent a fair share of the company’s total revenue
  • Adequate size / healthy finances to be able to afford an investment to proper Cesim sales and support resources
  • Top management’s commitment to the Cesim business

Reaching an understanding of the partner's business plan, annual sales
targets, target segments, resource
commitment, planned activities
as well as the license pricing for the
market.

 

Agreeing the required modifications, localizations etc. concerning the simulations and related materials.


Agreeing on the partnership T&C's &
signing the contract.

Nominating a Cesim contact person for the partner to ensure smooth collaboration.

Nominating the partner's primary contact person, who will also be responsible for reporting.

Defining the partner team responsible for Cesim sales and training - each team member has to be approved by Cesim.

Sales and product related training of the partner team.

Summary of Responsibilities

 

Partner Responsibilities

  • Sales and marketing of Cesim simulations in their nominated market
  • Localization of Cesim’s sales support materials
  • Setting up the game for new customers
  • Basic customer training
  • 1st level support to customers
  • Customer invoicing
  • Monthly reporting to Cesim
  • New licence/services sales and customers
  • Overall business status, challenges, support needs (call)
  • Investment in adequate management, sales, marketing, training and support resources
  • Attendance to Cesim’s sales and simulation training

Cesim Responsibilities

  • Development of both existing and new simulations
  • Keeping partners informed of new releases, features, maintenance breaks etc.
  • Providing partners with relevant sales and technical training
  • Providing leads to partners
  • Producing sales support material, case stories etc. for partners’ use (in English)
  • Providing 2nd level support to partners’ nominated persons
  • Providing training services to customers, if agreed separately
  • Invoicing partners based on their monthly sales reporting
  • Setting up monthly calls with partners in order to understand their business status, support needs etc.
