• For higher education institutions sponsoring one or more teams, the form must be filled by a faculty member.
• For student associations and students registering on their own, please enter the details of the team representative and your school.

All team members must be enrolled in a higher education institution at the time of the competition. Proof of enrollment must be presented upon request.

Important: For students registering to Cesim Elite, only one team member must fill the form.
