The task for the participants is to practise the use of the scarce resources in a dynamic broadcasting environment. Innovation, strategy and good tactics are needed to achieve the best results with available resources.

  1. Understanding the audience characteristics and competitive environment’s influence in a public broadcasting company’s management
  2. Programming economics. The competition of other channels’ simultaneous broadcasting, compatibility of subsequent programmes, timing of the programmes for the audience,  resource allocation for the different programmes and genres taking into account the time of the broadcasting.
  3. Production management. Allocation of existing own resources and outsourcing. Acquiring and reducing resources. Multiple equipment and personnel resources. Allocating the resources to genres and programmes
